Just doing the tensioner is easily only a 20 minute job, including a couple 5 minute breaks :D.

My 560 started to rumble, actually more of a growl, as soon as I returned home from Arizona. The growl was intermitent and only lasted a few seconds at a time. Last night the growl came on strong and continued. Listening through a long screw driver I pinpointed the source as the alternator. Ordered a replacement today during work. On the way home the growl was almost continuous and at long stop lights all the idiot lights would come on. I think the alternator has cranked out it's last mV.

Car is parked until the new alternator arrives.

Seems the easy fix on timing chain is to roll in new chain new tensioner, and upper rails. I did a front cover off chain replacement on my 86 Euro 500 SE and found bottom rails thin and worn enough to see through..............
