Canadian M 107

A 1988 M 107 might be coming up at a unclaimed vehicle auction, it was manf. in the Graz production plant in Canada. Does these vehicles has US specs or European?
Haven't seen the car yet but will if it isn't claimed in a few days.
Are the Canadian cars worth more or less than a US imported car?
