450 SLC Ignition switch removal.
 

Need some assistance. Purchased a 79 450 SLC from a bank (repo) and it has no ignition key. Not a problem except the auto transport company dropped it in the middle of the repair shop's lot and left and now I need to get it out of the way.

Called several local locksmiths and they all tell me its a "high security" lock system and a key cannot be made.

Question is, how do I remove the ignition switch/lock in order to be able to steer the vehicle and move it?
