So has anyone heard of or used this oil before? I bought a case while at Pep Boys stocking up on Red Line Diesel Catalyst. It said on the back of the bottle that it meets Mercedes-Benz and VW diesel engine oil standards. I normally use Castrol GTX 10W-40, but perhaps this will lubricate better during those long hard Italian tune-ups! ------------------ Rgds, Aaron Greenberg MB technician '67 250SE Cabriolet '77 450SL '79 6.9 '79 6.9 '80 300SD '85 380SE '89 420SEL '93 300E 2.8 |

Aaron,
I have been using it for about 3 1/2 years on my 83/300CDT. I selected it only because it was the only oil I could find which specifically stated use for MB diesel cars. I have no complaints. |
