i have heard of isolated cases where mercedes stood the repairs on replacing some 3.5 engines with rod problems, however when i talked to the product advisement guy at mercedes he told me there was never a problem, that it just didnt happen.
has anyone heard or experianced mercedes covering all or part of the engine replacement?? who should i talk to??? i heard about one guy in kansas city that had 95k miles on his 91 350sdl and mercedes paid for the new engine and labor!!!!
