euro -lights 1973

I purchased a pair of Euro headlights from an Ebay customer for $125. The y are in good shape and the headlights light but the side markers don't I checked and changed the side marker bulbs and they still don't light. Did I get suckered and is there a fix for this . All help appreciated.thanks
