Hi all! I have an '82 300SD and am looking to upgrade the steering wheel. I recently found a great deal on a brand new steering wheel from a '94 C280, and was wondering if anybody knows if this will work/fit on my car? The new steering wheel doesn't come with an airbag, which is good since my car doesn't have air bags. And would I expect any downsides if I were to make this change? Thanks for the help!

I don't think that it will fit... If it does, the steering wheel is smaller than yours and the downside will be tohave to make more efforts when turning it.

Everything about it is different including the hor contacts. Why not just replace with a new wheel or a Brabus aftermarket one?
