I've been on this site before about this problem. Well the Outside Air Temp is about 50-60 degrees F now and the hesitation is practically gone. 1. Are these cars prone to vapor lock? 2. Could a too lean of a mixture produce a low vacuum indication? (The car runs GREAT when the 7th (cold) injecter is working below 60 degrees Centigrade)

It sounds as if the engine is running too lean. There are several ways to richen the overall fuel mixture. I have seen people monkey with the EHA's, I have seen them richen them up with the mixture screw and I have even seen them wire in resistors on the coolant temp sensor. Let your local tech take a crack at it. Your O2 sensor could be telling one thing and the engine actually be doing another if the sensor is faulty.

Thanks for the quick reply. To follow up... I've change the O2 sensor and had the CO adjusted. It runs well untill we have a change in the Outside Air Temp. It's like the fuel/air ratio is fixed; once it's reset it's fine untill another temp change of + or - 15 degrees.
How about the vapor lock? there's now fuel rail to keep the fuel circulating and cool. Would it pay to insulate these six fuel runners from the distributer to the injectors? Or am I off on this?
Is the fuel distributer govenor responsible for directly altering the mixture?
Thanks again,
Intruder
