Car: 1993 500 SEL (140 chassis)

Parking brake seems to hold, but pushes almost to the floor (within 5 mm of floor).

I have the Service Library fo rthe 201 chassis - are the parking brakes the same?

I'm thinking of replacing the parking brake pads. Do you have comments or suggestion.

Yes, the car has been driven with the parking brake on. Ouch

Are all the adjustment back at the brakes (adjustment screw accessed through the "hole").
