Rear syspension Rubber on W107

What are the typical items to be replaced on a 450SL, in the rear suspension? I've replaced the shocks, front lower-control arm bushings, front ball joints, and front subframe mounts. I'm not really having any symptoms but more preventative and to improve the ride.

Also, what should I look for with wheel bearings as far as replacements?
