window/wheel 190D
 

two weeks ago i bought an 84 190D 2.2 auto trans.
the back windows never worked (electric), i've been told that when they're out of use for quite some time, they tend to stall (motor). i wonder if is just the motor or an overall electric problem?
when i press the switch, the engine fill it (as if there's energy going thru). but i'm confused 'cause the A/C is not working + and the temp. is not controlling.
any suggestions?????

second question: sometimes there's a noise on the right front wheel, tends to aggravate if i steer to the right ( but only sometimes). i've check the steering wheel fluid and it's fine.
any idea what might be?
