Spring Commissioning - Won't Start

I have stored by 450SL over the winter here in Minnesota. When I went out to start it this evening it would turn over and lope a little sort of like it was running on one cylinder, but wouldn't run. I put stabil in the gas before storage and I had run it in December and January. Should I pore some gas down the intake in case the gas lines have dried out? Any other suggestions?
