Serpentine belt area

500SEL, W140, Engine - 119.97
Can some one post a picture of the engine compartment - and belt area within the engine. I would like to understand "what all those things" are.

When will there be a shop manual I may purchase for the W140? I have the books for the 560SL and 190E.
