76 450 se runs rough at idle when cold or warm. number 7 cylinder seems to be bad. Car seem to run fine at cruising speed with no lose of power from a stand still or passing on highway. good throttle response. could the valve timing be bad? or is this a fuel issue or both.

This could be a number of things and will require the use of a tech if you do not know how to troubleshoot the injection and mechanical systems.
