If i dont have heated seats, what's the wire for?

i had my seat all the way back when i noticed the wire in the graphic. it runs up under the front of the seat, out of reach.

it starts at the bottom of the console plastic, hits a disconnecter, and then continues as i mentioned. there are no heated seats in this car, or at least, there is no switch for it, so maybe i have the feature but not the switch?
