1) Very sluggish performance starting from standstill. Unless the gas pedel is depressed completely to the floor, acceleration is slow. At higher speeds (40 - 50mph) acceleration does not seem as bad. Any recommendations would be great???

2) Need to replace broken side mirror switch on center console. How do I remove the wood grain center console around shifter?
