Video/TV input on Navigation screen

I just bought a 2003 S430 4Matic, there is already a audio input (Auxilary input) in my glove box. Is there any one who can who can modify and add a Video Input (RCA type etc.) Please advise as to who can do it, prefer someone in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
