speedo gear

I just went from a 6.5J x 15 H2 rim 1.7in (ET 44) , part # 1244011202 and a 195/65 R15 91 H tire to rims and tires off a off a 1998 CLK320, 35mm offset.

Both front and rear tires are 205/55/R16 on the new rims
do I need to change the speedo gear or will the old one give accurate results?
