Anybody know where I can get them and an idea on cost?

The wiper blades are inexpensive and easily replaced with no tools, they just pop right off. I purchased them for my 88 300E from a different parts supplier before I discovered mercedesshop.com. I will be surprised if mercedesshop doesn't have them, check out the parts section of this website.

We have headlight wiper blades in PartShop Fastlane. Just input the year and model of your car in FastLane. Note - We do not show an E300 in 1994 but, there was one in 1995.
The blades are $8.87 each.

Sorry, I did not mean just the "blade" itself, I want the whole assembly, everything you see on the outside of the car. I am using them on a 92 300E with Euros
