Question Brake sensors

I have a 1988 420 SEL. I changed the brake pads on all wheels, Now the brake sensor light keeps coming on at different times. Do the sensors have to be changed? Or did i do something wrong? Need help. Mr. Smoothy

Check and make sure all the sensors have not been damaged (shorted). I just changed my front brakes (1991 300CE) and although the sensor wires seemed shorter than the ones I replaced, I forgot to tuck one of the wires under the retaining clip and within 25 miles, my light went on again.

I'd change the sensors as well..

It's advisable to change your break sensors whenever you change break pads... they're cheap (~ 1-2 $ each) and recommended to be changed. That'll take care of it.
