86 2.3-16 Occationally Hesitation

Hi everyone,

I've been working to solve this hesitation problem for sometime now. New OVP relay,Spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor are all brand new, but occationally I would get this hesitation when step on the gas pedal then it would go away the next time I use the car. I noticed it also back fire alot especially during decelleration. But then it would all goes away.
This car has a search problem when idles but it didn't have the hesitation till lately.
The best description to the problem is like when you get a cold and your sinus is so stuffy that you can't breath, and then w/o warning it opens up and this car can scream.
