c230 front license plate mounting
 

Just got a $50.00 ticket for not having my front license plate mounted. I have the plastic mount in the trunk for the lower portion, how do I access the holes in the front bumper for the top two screws ?? My front buymper is completedly covered and original with no screw holes or knockouts ? I assume there are pre drilled sockets once I get through the plastic bumper surface.

Nope, you just drill the holes using the bracket itself as a template. I used an 1/8th" drill bit.
