My guess would be low brake fluid level.

Have you checked any of the brake-related components (pads, etc)?

Power booster failure?? Check the vacuum going to the brake booster, if it's ok, see if there's any difference with the vacuum line connected vs. disconnected.

Any lights on?

Check the fluid level!

HELLO ! ! !

You have a BRAKE MALFUNCTION ! ! !

This is NO TIME to learn to be a mechanic via the Internet . . .

Get it to someone and have it repaired before you HURT or KILL someone due to a TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE ! ! !

Once you have it REPAIRED . . . Then discuss the details in here . . .

Well said!

Have it TOWED to a trusted mechanic; don't drive it until it's fixed.
