				Hydraulic Clutch Master

¬?¬?o replace the hydraulic clutch master on my 82 240D. The Haynes manual tells me to bleed it from the slave cylinder, using either a pressure device (can't fine one. All seem to be "vacuum" bleeders) or attaching a hose to the right front brake and bleeding through that. Do I really need to bleed from the bottom up and is the "vacuum" bleeder the right device to buy? Thanks |

saddly, the answer is an unqualified yes. a search on text using ' village idiot' as input will reveal a pertinant thread.
