Does the Bergwerk 1st gear start-out work in a '90 300E?
It seems from what I've read that it is only for the 500Es, but it does not specify other models. Thanks -- Mike

Yes, it works on any transmission that starts in second gear:

As I understand it, it only works on cars equipped with the "B" switch 1st gear selector as it ties into that system to engage 1st gear. Soooo, no it will not work on any U.S. spec 300E. :(

Well...that is just my luck. I guess I am left with no choice but to fork over $1000 for the different valve body (which won't happen). Thanks anyway -- Mike
