Just bought 1991 190e 2.6, white, AT, mb-tex, w/103K miles, 2nd owner, service records and mechanic sign-off. $4900. Not the deal of the century but hopefully gives me many good years.
Question: Car has original radio with the silly 6 tapes compartments above the radio. Seems like a waste of space. I'm looking for ideas. What have other people done with this space?? Any other no brainer update ideas. TIA, D Stang |

Your options range from a MB "map pocket" that was available in Europe, but check FastLane here for availability.
At the other extreme, at least a couple of 190 owners have installed the Euro Comand, a CD based nav system with an LCD screen and very English woman's voice giving the directions from point A to point B! Euro Command in W201 Last edited by MTI; 05-18-2003 at 08:42 PM. |
