A friend of mine sold his '95 C280 and want to sell me an interior ventilation filter he bought new. It's a MANN filter, and on the box it says "microtop". The part number on the box is CU 2897. Based on the part number, can you tell whether it's a regular interior ventilation filter or a charcoal one that is used on later C class? Thanks.

The MANN CU 2897 is the same as the following Mercedes parts:
202 830 00 18
210 830 06 18
It is the regular dust filter not the charcoal filter.
