722.369 Transmission
Does the 722.369 transmission in my 95 E320 have a lockup torque converter? While driving down the freeway, whenever I tickle the accelerator, the tachometer responds like the car has no lockup torque converter. I thought all cars had them nowadays.

MB didn't start using "lock-up" converters untill they introduced the 722.6 electronic transmission in 1996 on V-8/12 engines. IN 1997 all cars in the USA had that trans & converter.
