I changed my 1985 300TD's front brake pads several weeks ago and have been driving the car with no problem. However I noticed the front right outboard pad was worn more than the others. Now yesterday after driving , I was going to wash the car and was spraying water on the wheels. Nothing on three of the wheels but the right front disk was hot enough to sizzle when the water hit it ! Is there anything I can do short of taking it to a garage to rebuild that caliper?
