Window lifts nonfunctional, 86 300E

Hi all,
The weather is beautiful today in Southern Ontario, and so I rolled down the windows - but... nothing! Not even the characteristic sound of the electric motor(s) engaging. All four are nonfunctional. Of course, the fuses are fine, and that is the extent of my electrical know-how, really.
Where should I be looking to solve this?
