I am considering adjusting the valve clearance on my newly acquired '85 300D and am wondering what the best procedure is and what special tools are necessary. Also, if I send this task out to a tech, what should the price be and how long should it take a pro tech. Lastly, I read in a past post that the clearances are .10mm on the exhaust and .35 on the intake--is this correct? Thank You.
