Best place to buy Manual Shifter Stick for W201 4spd?
 

The shifter stick is kind of worn, so I'd like a new one, not wood but just one that looks like the original plastick stick.

* Where can I find one for a good price?

* Can I change some bushings to improve the feel when changing gears?

* Hwo hard is it to change the stick?

Manual 190Es are rare in the US and all US-Spec Manuals some with leather shift boots and shift knobs.
