Pass. side front window won't go down unless door opened

Hey, on my car the passenger side window won't go all the way down unless the door is opened


Basically it can go down auto and manual half way (when door is closed) and go back up auto and manual perfectly.. Its just that when I want to roll down the window all the way (down) I have to have the passenger side door opened.. is this a quick fix or what?
