Now that I have replaced the actuators with complete units, I am asking if the actuators is rebuildable. When I finished, I was looking at one of the old units and noticed that the rubber diaphrams appeared to be held in place by a snap ring. Removing the ring, I was able to remove the worn diaphrams and clean up the body.
Can just the diaphrams be purchased to rebuild the unit? If so, then I could rebuild the two I pulled out, and have low cost spares handy for the next time. Thanks. ------------------ Mike Tangas 73 280 SEL |
