My anti freeze leak out of this hose when the car is running could u please tell me why and what to do?
the hose is located near the fan area, one end is connected while the other is not.

What does the other end connect to?

Goes to the overflow tank probably, unless it is the rad end loose.

Hard to tell from the pic, where is it attached on the other end?

bad news, mate. looks like you need a new waterpump. :(

more recent waterpumps for the 190E have a hose attached to it rather than just a weep hole. This hose connects to the waterpump behind the fan pulley and runs down the face of the timing cover. It allows the coolant to drain to the ground rather than running down the front of the engine.

It makes it far easier to diagnose a waterpump failure because the weep holes are hidden behind the fan pulley.

Waterpumps for this engine are not that expensive ~$100 USD. it just takes a fair amount of work to replace them. Probably about 2-4 hours.
