cenral lock works fine with key but not with

i have a mb 230 ce (124c) '1988 and have a problem with the cenral lock device when a use the key it works fine on the trunk and both doors but the remote doesn't work,i replace the battery but still the same i have also another strange problem sometimes when i start the engine the whiper goes on,when i start again it stops??????Can someone help me please!!!!!!!
