lights wont go off !! 140 chassis
 

92 500sel 140 chassis: The right side directional signal/ turn signal bulbs are constantly illuminated. Help ,....melting my lenses.

Took all 3 bulbs out at the rear, unplugged the right front socket...still a solid green (right turn) light always on at the instrument cluster.,...thats now out too!

light switch is set normal.......the lights that stay on are the turn signal bulbs for the right side..hazzard works....

is there a relay?

There was a service bulletin on that subject/ problem. The combination relay MB number 140-820-26-26 is the problem.

So i dont play hide and seek for 2hrs where is the relay located?

Fuse box, behind instrument cluster or other?

In the relay (back) section of the fuse box under the hood.
