ICM Win-Star ... a compete replacement for Star Diagnosis system?

Is this too good to be true? The Win-Star system seems to have everything needed to work on late model MB cars:
Diagnosis
Live-data
and Coding

Is this a complete replacement for the [ridiculously priced] Merceded Star Diagnosis System?

Does "Coding" mean I can set things like the ignition correction [t flip between RON93 vs. default] and other such things?

Anyone who knows, Please advise.

It's hard to find pricing on this, but the one I was able to find was about $8K for the whole package containing every capability. A lot less than the MB Star Diagnosis system!
