96 E320 Kicks At Idle
 

I bought this car second hand but it was in perfect shape and had it checked out by MB dealer who confirmed. Then I washed the engine like a moron and got some water in it, took it back to MB and they said it would burn off and be fine... It did and the rough idling stopped but now it gives little kicks at low RPMs... anyone know what it is or what i can do.

You should take off the spark plug/coil cover and blow out the water. You may also have ruined the coil resistor ends.

You might also lift the hood and watch the "Running" engine in complete darkness. You may see arching from wires, distributor, coil. If so look at arching area with flashlight and identify the culpret.

Your car is Distributorless, so there is nothing to see..
You should take the cover off and repace the 3 coil connector/resistors under the coils, as they are known problems to begin with. The water gets into the spark plug recess on these and you can't get it all out without removing these and blowing with compressed air...

Replace the plugs with F8DC4 and the resistor ends (3 of each type) and you'll be fine. Cost less that $100 total. Your labor.

Don't let anyone sell you any plats.....they do not perform well on 104 engines
