94 E320 Not Starting

I took my 94 E320 to the dealership for service and it did not start for the Tech. Engine turned.

Service Manager thought it was the Crank sensor, 2 technicians brought out the fuel pressure gage and the multimeter.

I suggested the fuel pump relay. The service manager took the relay (next to ECM, behind the AC relay) out and reinserted. The car started.

Replaced the Fuel pump relay but it failed to start again after I got back from the dealership. Took the relay out, and installed a couple of times and it started.

Maybe the OVP? The car runs fine after starting.
