My 420 SEL has started a clicking noise at the rear passenger wheel. It sounds like a spring in an old brake shoe. My 89 has all wheel disc pads and I changed the pads today but the clicking noise is still there, when I back up its worse, but the noise comes and goes.

Does my 420 have CV joints, or something that would sound like a spring clicking in the rear end?
