FUES BLOWS WHEN AC TURNED ON

MY 86 300E BLOWS A FUSE "7" WHENEVER I TURN ON MY AC. EVERYTHING WORKS UNTIL THE FUSE IS BLOWN. IT BLOWS COLD AIR FROM 20 MIN. SOMETIMES FOR ALL DAY.
ALSO THE CAR HAS A ROUGH IDLE WHEN IT IS COLD. WHEN IT WARMS UP FOR A COUPLE OF MIN. IT RUNS GREAT. CAN I GET ANY IDEAS
