Euro Headlamps for W124

Hi, I have a '91 300E W124 sedan that I would like to retrofit to European headlamps but I don;t want to give up my U.S. headlamp washer system. Is there a way to put the Euro headlights in and use the existing U.S. headlamp washer wipers? Can they stay in? Or must they come out?
