I have a Mercedes Benz C220 Diesel (1995/96 model). I would like to know how I can dismantle the diesel fuel pump from the engine. Please give me information about any timing marks which there may be and if any special tools are required for the job.
If possible could you please send me any diagrams or technical drawings pertaining to the work. Thank you and best regards John Bugeja |

Are you going to do this yourself?? If so, are you a mechanic of any car brand? This is and advanced level repair, and should be done with caution. Why are you taking the fuel pump out??

I am a Grade 1 mechanic with 12 years expirience. I specialise in Fiat, Lancia and Hyundai vehicles. The C220 in question belongs to me and has a diesel leak from its fuel pump.
