I purchased a system for our 300SD about 10 years ago. It was an easy installation with a good fit. Sound level is similar to stock. Current mileage on the system is approx 250,000 and it still is like new. Price was lower than stock replacement.

I've installed two.
10 years ago in my 1980 450SEL. Still looks great. No rust. Two weeks ago in my 280GE. Both were less exspenive than stock. MercedesShop might be ablt to get you OEM even less expensive. ------------------ S, J.R. Brown 1986 280GE LWB Anthracite 1980 450SEL Champange 1981 Volvo 240DL UPS Brown |

Have not previously heard of Timevalve Exhausts. Would someone please fill me in? Is there a Web site?
