C320 Wagon Hatch Stuck
My father in laws new 4matic wagon hatch latch is stuck and will not open.( 2 weeks for dealer to look at.) Any suggestions??

Has it been valet locked with small metal key?
When you pull the release handle, does it make any kind of electric noises at all? DR.D |
Dr. D Must be something mechanical no key for rear deck lid for 2003 C320 wagon. I tried about 10 times, finally got it open. Takes the hand strength of a Gorilla to squeeze the handle and lift with other hand. Thanks for the advice.
