420SEL headlight switch question
Is the headlight switch on 1989 420SEL supposed to be lighted? Are all of the different positions on the switch lit as all of the other switch throughout the car are lit when the lights are on?

My '91 500SEL rotary headlight switch does not light, only the surrounding indicator, I think this is normal. There is an orange lamp in the centre of the rotary switch which lights when pulled out 2 clicks for the fog lights at the rear
