124 A/C not staying cold

Just replaced the condensor, dryer, a/c dryer switch, and a/c dryer pressure switch. Refilled with freon 134. No leaks. Sometimes the car gets real cold other times only slightly cooler air comes out. Sometimes stopping the car and restarting makes it cold again. Any clues of what is wrong?
