E430 air pump...

Hi guys,

Haven't posted before, but this appears to be the place to ask questions about this model.

For those who have the E430/E320 cars, have any of you had the check engine electronics warning come on? What was the problem?

Also, what about failed lifters and cracked dashes? My dealer is telling me that there are suspicious noises from the valves and appears to be problems with the dash...Mine is cracked near the defroster vents on the passenger side. Past problems were a failed oil sensor, blown shock, and a misaligned trunk lid. And don't even get me started on the suspension and the radio...

We've had our car since new (euro delivery). This is not quality I expected from a 'luxury' car.

Anyhow, if there are others with similiar incidences, I'd appreciate hearing your experiences! Apologies in advance if this has already been covered too.
