Outside Rear View Mirror Covers with Blinkers

I searched and couldn't find what I was looking for. I have a 99 W202 C280, and would like to mount new mirror cover with blinkers, removing the cover is a snap, but the wiring is well I don't know? I asked my dealer to quote me a price and they quoted $600 in labor, too much. Anyone ever do this mode? if so are there directions somewhere I can find>

Did mine last month, ran wiring to front turn signals
